The University of California at Davis (UC Davis) reports Maestrale and Saragolla Durum Wheat seed varieties were the highest yielding varieties in the Imperial Valley over the last 3 years. Allstar Seed Durum Wheat seed yielded 13% to 50% more than all other varieties in 2009. UC Davis also reports Maestrale protein is #1.
